This Refund Policy governs payments made on the official website of National Truck Drivers Union (NTDU). By using our services and making payments, you agree to the terms stated below.
NTDU provides digital membership services including user registration, identity verification, digital ID card generation, and access to union-related services. All payments are made electronically via Razorpay.
The signup fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge applicable to normal users. This fee is used for:
Once the signup payment is successfully completed, no refund will be issued, even if the user decides not to proceed or fails to complete profile requirements.
Monthly membership fees are collected for continued access to NTDU services.
Any amount added to the user wallet is non-refundable. Wallet balance can only be used for services available on the NTDU platform and cannot be transferred or withdrawn by users.
Late payment penalties or fines charged for missed monthly payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a payment fails and the amount is debited from the user’s bank or UPI account, the refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically by Razorpay as per their banking timelines.
NTDU does not manually process refunds for failed or pending transactions.
In rare cases of duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error, the issue may be reviewed by NTDU administration. Any refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
NTDU reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests. All decisions taken by the administration will be final and binding.
Platform fees charged per transaction are service charges and are non-refundable.
